My Chicago visit with my daughter is over and I'm back at home once again. We had a safe and pleasant trip and both my little guys are sound asleep in their cage now. Jere gave mommy a bit of a trip while I was trying to tuck him in. hehehe I reached out to grab my boy after putting Ozzie to bed, and Jeremiah just gleefully danced out of my reach and into the hallway. When mommy leaned over to lift her boy into her arms is when the real happy dancing began. Then Jere flew up the stairs to investigate his new digs. What a little rascal he is! Mommy just waited until her boy tired, knowing he'd come back to her when his curiosity was satisfied. LOL
We all had a very good time at my daughter's and I've come back with one extra family member. This has been an exciting and a rewarding three weeks. Mommy GG

It's for sure I won't be forgetting our fun mini vacation in Chicago, Dar. But we'll be going back after i'm caught up here with things. My daughter is to make arrangements for me for some new medical procedures that have recently been developed for the relief of spinal stenosis. It's an outpatient procedure and shouldn't lay me up too long. After that we're thinking surgery on the degenerated spinal disc by a reknowned neurologist may give me complete relief from pain and resulte in much more mobility for me. So ... I'm not so sure my next Chicago visit will be all fun and games the way this last one was. LOL Hugs, Greta

Sounds like an awesome time! Good luck with your medical stuff. I am still waiting my MRI but who knows if I will even get it with the isotope shortage. Its booked for September 6th. I just hope my back doesnt act up too much till I can get some answers and relief.

Good luck with your medical problems too, Shadoe. The aging process is awful, isn't it? But it certainly beats the alternative. I didn't know there was a shortage of isotropes ... is that the substance they use for IV dye? One of my daughters is an MRI technologist at the Michigan State University medical clinic and I haven't heard her mention this. At any rate, I wish you the best of luck that the doctors will pin point your source of trouble gf, and that in doing so they'll be able to furnish you with a treatment that is most effective in relieving your impairment. Hugs, Greta
