This morning as mommy opened the door to the basement to check on her boys, a little fur covered surprise awaited her on the very top step. Yep! It was Jeremiah. :-) How long he'd been waiting here for me, I don't know. But Ozzie was two steps below his new brother. When it was time to leave, both boys were sleeping together in the carrier (or so I thought). I began tip toeing softly up the stairs being very careful not to wake my precious kids. A few steps up and I thought I spotted a little sable tail draping over that top stair ... YIKES! It was Jeremiah again. Either this little guy can make himself invisible or he's able to fly or maybe he's a chameleon ferret and changes his colors to match the green carpeting on the stairs. Go figure! LOL Mommy GG

Perhaps you should havenamed him "Houdini".......... I had one little guy like that. He'd pop up in places and scare the heck out of me. He would incessantly try to open the doors of his cage by working the clips. I truly suspect these little guys are smarter than we give them credit for.
