Now that's it ... today July 07, it's Boo Boo's Birthday and he's 2 years old !!! OK we have already started to celebrate LOL Boo Boo got his apple toy tonight and of course he just LOVED it !!!! He got another toy too, I'll have to take a pic asa I can find it LOL I have finally finished his beddings set this afternoon and washed the whole thing so it's in the cage now for the night ... I have no pic for now, will have to take some tomorrow, I'll also have to make a little video for him too !!!  Boo Boo may be a pain LOL but we love him so very much ! A Very Happy Birthday to our little monster !!! An Easter pic of him, I don't think that you had seen this one ! ;D  |

Huronna is right, Linda. hehehe Boo Boo is going to forget he's a ferret with all those cute costumres you keep dressing him in. hehehe Boo Boo makes such a delightful Easter Bunny with those large floppy ears. (Paul, dressed in a mid-19th Century suit with a polka-dotted bow tie - and in his stocking feet - steps forward. He is holding a large hat with a piece of cardboard, printed with "In This Style 10/6", stuck in the brim. He is placing another piece of cardboard in the brim. As he places the hat on his head, on the second piece of cardboard is revealed the legend "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BOO-BOO!!")
Paul: Hello, folks! We’ve done an early birthday greeting for Boo-Boo, but why not do it again? The Skippys are in Florida, helping NASA with the Shuttle countdown, so rather than a Cannon salute, I thought we'd have a tea party! So, here I am dressed as a hatter.
(Nearby is a long table, set for tea. Max, a handsome Sable ferret, is scrunched down into a teapot, fast asleep.)
Paul: As you can see, we have the dormouse - or dorferret, I guess - already here. If you have any knowledge of children's literature, you can guess where this is going. "Twinkle, twinkle, little bat" and all that.
Max (waking up just a bit): Twinkle, twinkle, twinkle... (Settles back to sleep and begins to snore.)
Paul: This means that we'll have a March Hare as well - and here he is.
(Sammy, a Dark-Eyed White ferret, wearing bunny ears, walks forward. He isn't all that happy.)
Sammy: Sir, this is humiliating. If anyone from my synagogue see me... Couldn't you have gotten a real hare to do this?
Paul: Don't think I didn't try! But July is a big month for hares; they're booked up for years in advance! Besides, it could've been worse.
Sammy: Oh, I'll agree with you there...
(Another Sable ferret steps forward. This ferret is dressed in a cute little frock with a white apron and wearing a wig of golden blonde hair set off with a blue ribbon, this perfect picture of a little girl of Victorian vintage - except for the poisonous glare.)
Sammy: ... I could be Murphy.
Murphy (scowling at Paul): Someone is going to pay for this.
Paul: Look, Murph, somebody has to play Alice. All of the Skippys - hob and jill - are out of town, Clarissa is watching Levi. I just figured you'd be best for this. Besides, he dress suits you.
Murphy (scowling even more darkly): Someone - is going - to pay - for this.
Paul: Oh, buck up, man! (Sits down in chair and picks up one of a pair of high-button shoes.) Now, is you will excuse me, I have to finish getting dressed. (Pulls shoe on.) There, excellent fit! Hey, wait - what's this - eww... (Pulls shoe off and looks at sock.) EWWWW!!
(Murphy says nothing, but a nasty smile slowly forms on his face.)
Max (snorts and wakes up): Huh? Wha-? What's going on?
Sammy: Someone paid for this.
Max: Oh. (Looks at Paul's sock.) Oh.
Cheer up, Boo-Boo! It could be a lot worse! Have a nice birthday!
Paul (Those were expensive socks, too.)

THANK YOU ALL for your kind words and wishes !!!  Boo Boo was so excited tonight to see all your messages !!! Very special thanks to you Paul he said !!!! Boo Boo the Weasel really had a great day, OK here's a short video of this morning to show you his bedding set and his new 2 rubber toys. Thank you Granny Thank you Lily Thank you Joyce !!! I appreciate so much your kind words and wishes, Boo Boo is sending you all kisses !!! You know, I don't really like Birthdays in ferrets because it's like they have a year less with us ... Cookie RIP had seen only his 3rd Birthday and Daisy's her 2nd. I hope Rose will see her 3rd next Fall, I hope Boo Boo & Jack will see theirs too next year. I really pray that Jack & Boo Boo won't have health problems like Cookie RIP, Daisy RIP and Rose at 2 years old !!!!  Boo Boo loves his 2 rubber toys like crazy, he loves to hide them in the cage and sometimes during the night you can hear a squeak or 2 LOL Remember Rose with baby Boo Boo ... seems like it was yesterday !  |

Look what he did, the beautiful apple toy didn't last a week !!!!!That toy was cute, in hard rubber but the apple stem was empty inside, my idea was that he wouldn't break it though, but he did !  OK don't worry there was 2 pieces, I found one on the carpet and the other one the smallest one "you know where".  I just wanted to share to remind you to always be careful !!!

Boo Boo, Baby! What did you do to your new Birthday Toy!? Sweetie, don't scare your mommy like that. Linda, I had my training in The Danger of Small Objects when raising my four challenging skin kids. hehehe My third child should have been a ferret ... Lori was and still is a pistol and a handful. Can't complain though, it was Lori who gave me my one and only grandchild ... Nicholas. Hugs, Greta
