I'm wondering if Tilly is really pregnant. The info above her box says they don't know if she's pregnant,, but 9 of the 13 ferrets that were bred naturally have given birth and they have 35 babies right now. It says only 5 ferrets were inseminated this year and they are awaiting their births. Sometimes Tilly seems agitated like she uncomfortable and really, but other times she seems to sleep and act normally. She's 3 days overdue now. nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/NorthAmerica/default.cfm?cam=BFF

She sure is giving us a run for our money LOL Last night I was sure she was in labor and today she has been quiet and peaceful. I am beginning to think she may not be pregnant. I am sure they will try again.

In the article it now states that Tilly will not be a mother. Drats... I was hoping for another baby to watch!

I saw on one of the other boards that as soon as they can get the cameras and everything else set up that we will be able to see a mother with her babies!!

I went over to the site this morning at 9:44 a.m. The camera is functioning and Tilly is sleeping, but no kit(s). She appears not pregnant. Dang, I was hoping to see a little one nursing...........

Hang in there, Larry. I'm sure the cam will be placed on a nest with a nursing mother. I got to watch Peanut last season, and it was just awesome!
Good to see you around, btw.

I've been checking in on Tilly's cam every day, as someone mentioned there should be a cam to replace her with a new BFF mom and kit(s). So far it's still Tilly and it's obvious now that she's not going to come up with little kits for us. I'll still keep thecking, though. Hugs, Greta
