:PGot a rude awakening this AM!! I was in that dreamy state of sleep and decided to turn over and go back to sleep. I knew that I should get up and start my day but with spending the past four days at the hospital with hubby I was pooped. It's a two hour drive each way and I have to have some ultrasounds done today so he told me to stay home and rest. Good Hubby!! Anyway, while I was getting comfy and about to head back to dreamland I felt one of the kids -- thought it was little Kaida -- Walking around on me. Then my little angel started snuffling in my hair. After that it found it's way under the covers and started kissing my eyelids. I peeked and, without my glasses, could only see a dark little head. I reached up and gave her a rub. I thought it felt like her head was bigger than it had been yesterday. Then I felt down the body. OMG!!! It was Bethany Pirahnna Barracuda Shark!! EEK!! I guess I'm lucky that instead of kissing my eyelids that she didn't bite them to get my attention! Then she started gently nipping at my arm to make sure she had my attention!! She was letting me know that it was time to get up and fix her Pred with Ferretvite! So, being the good fert mommy that I am, I immediately jumped out of bed and fixed her morning meds so that she stayed in a good mood!! She very seldom bites any more but I'd rather be safe than sorry!! They are such little creatures of habit and they think that if they are up that everyone should be up!!

LOL LOL...I just LUV that description.....I have kitties that make sure I'm up BEFORE my radio turns on at 6.....Liam kneads my head/hair and purrs in my ear, Honeybee lays on my chest, and Morris & Posie just purr loudly on either side of my head....*sigh* it's so "good" to be so loved. The ferrets are caged at night but still get in on the action by scratching the vinyl flooring and digging food out of their dishes. ahhhh the joys of being owned and controlled by our fur family.

LOL! I let Ricky sleep out in my room last night as well. This morning I went hunting for him all over and all the time he was back in his cage all snug as a bug! WHat a good boy!
