Wilma gave us quite a scare the other night. I had taken the fuzzies up to play and then brought them down and put them in thier cages. I was on the com-puter and then Trashman called for me. He was at the top of the strairs with Ricky in his hands asking which one is this (he still cant tell Ricky and Wilma and Toby and Teddy apart). Suddenly Wilma came scooting out at his feet. We took them downsatirs to their cage and the bottom level door was open. I felt terrible and perplexed. I always always double check the doors.I felt so guilty for leaving the door open! Anyhow I went back to doing our monthly budget on the computer when suddenly Trashman says "Look here!" There at his feet was Willow again! THere on the rug in the middle of the 3 dogs was Willow looking up at me with The "What?" expression on her face. I picked her up and she nudged my face and gave me her "Look what I learned Mom!" Look! The little demon has learned to open the door on the cage! Little dickens had me feeling like such a bad Mom for leaving the door open when it was her all along. I wouldnt care if they ran loose but there are too many furnace vents and other dangers for them. We put clips ion the doors and everyone settled down again, buyt Willow was NOT pleased! LOL. My little girl is every bit the Diva I knew she would be! And I love her for it! Shadoe

Willow is a very smart little girlie, Shadoe! She has figured out the workings of the lock for the cage door all by herself. hehehe
I once had a similar experience, but it WAS me who didn't lock the travel cage door securly when my grand ferrets were visiting their GG. I heard Jgar screaming and saw a white blur shooting out from behind the China cabinet. Then Whoops! Here came Nada in hot pursuit. I grabbeed Nada and caged her while checking out what had happened. Poor little Jgar. He was far too gentle to handle Nada's ferocious attacks. But then, alls well that ends well. LOL Huggers, Greta
