[/ I haven't been able to access the Tchat, even with all the fine advice you've given me, gf. I'm pretty sure my first attempt at getting in worked out OK, but now I've forgotten my username and password. I should have written it down, but if I had I wouldn't be able to read it with this awful vision problem. Can you tell me please how to access my sign in information? Thanks a heap. Love ya. Greta

Greta,, I really don't know how you can access your info again..Did JustinTV by chance send you a confirmation email..With your user id and password?? Maybe check your junk folder and see if it is still there..
Barring that if I were you I would just make a new one...Since so many names are used up.. Pick a name that is important to you and use that.. Most names need a number..So say if you picked one of your ferret's names with a number you would remember with that name..Say their birthday or adoption day number with it..
Then pick a real simple password again...You need a password you will remember...Do you have a password that you use quite often that is easy to remember?? I have a simple password I use for all forums..That way I never forget what I used for what..lol With MSN going down we have to join way to many forums to come up with a new one each time..
I will go look in JTV and see if there is a way to retrieve your info..

Ok Greta I just signed out to see what the sign in page was like.. If you click on Sign In at the top of Lorelei's page it will take you to the sign in Page..The it has a blue tab sayiing SIGN IN.. Right beside it in blue letters is a link that says "if you forgot your password?" When you click that it just asks you to enter your user id and new password...So it looks like you are going to have to make a new account if you can't remember the user name you used..
Hope this helps a bit..

Did you get in Greta?? I hope you don't have to much trouble figuring the code out... I know it took me about 10 tries on that code before I got in..lol
