Lily update and new pics! Big Difference!

When we got up this morning Lily scared us. Her litttle foot was swollen terribly where the vet wrap was covering the spot for where the IV had been. As soon as I took off the wrap the swelling went down.
She is still doing very goodc nad I cannot belive how much she can eat! LOL!She is so good about not pooping in her pouches or when you are holding her, she will wiggly around to let you know she needs down.What an angel!
I will do the honey test later on this aft to see if it affects her sugar. Then report back to the vet when we go in on Monday for her blood tests.
She was strong enough to wealk around the living room a bit this morning and even met some of her new family. So heres a couple pics for you, she even got a kiss from Katie kitty ( vet says she can be aroudn the other pets except for the other ferrets)....

Thanks everyone! Lily is a sable. It must have been the lighting but she does look silver in that picture.
She is much stronger this morning. She was waling all over her cage when Trashman go up and even tried to play with him a bit.
I can tell shes stronger because she is fighting me when I give her her meds. LOL! I really hope she doesnt come to hate me because I am the one giving her the nasty stuff. LOL! But I always make sure to feed her afterwards.
Yesterday she ate a can (REg Cat food size small) of the recovery food, abotu 3 tablesspoons of kibble and a quarter cup of Duck Soup.
SHe still has the runs and I am going through news paper like mad keeping her cage clean. She still doesnt quite make it to the litter box and I had to give up using cloth for the floor of her cage. ITs so darn slippery without anything on it.
Anyhow we are off to the vet for 12 noon, tehn I have to go get groceries so I will update after the vet visit.
