Wow, my 'puter has gone through a bunch of meltdowns and I lost the link to this site, then couldn't remember my user name and pass word.
Back though finaly.
I have had three real hard losses since I posted at Ferret. My old man Nevada, My beautiful, adorable, and very photogenic Madison, and also my darling little Lily Pad. Madison was the one that I took the hardest. She was just 4 years old and got Spinal Lymphoma, which took her within two weeks of the first sign. It was something I was not familiar with, but it is horrible and broke my heart and her spirit. This was one of the worst losses I have had to deal with.
Lily Pad had been not well on and off for about a year. Nevada, he was a grand very old man.

My hubby got laid off and retirered. I am back at the garden center til June. In the mean time I will need to be looking for other work. Yuck. I liked my life the way it was.
My kitty of 18 years passed away in the early hours of the morning. He was such a good kitty.
All I can do with all my losses is be so glad I was honored to be loved by each of them, that they were mine.
I am down to 12 ferrets now, with 4 that could go at any time. It is so hard.
I want to thank every one for Dee that has donated such wonderful things to the raffle for her. You are AWSOME!!!!! I know all money raised is very much needed. She has 62 ferrets to care for at this time.
Anyway, glad to be back on the board and catching up with you all.

Shoot, I didn't realize you'd lost the link. Bad me for not sending it to you. Glad to see you here, but you know I'm broken-hearted over those losses also. Poly did pass? He was with you a good long time, and would never have survived if he'd had ended up with anyone else. Hugs from here!
It is a lot in a very short time. No time to heal a little your broken heart.
