At present we can only add images that are loaded in Photobucket. In the future we may have other options, but not right now.
1. Open up your Photobucket account.
2. Find the tag that you want to use.
3.Under the picture are a variety of codes.... you need the bottom IMG code
4. Copy that code and then paste (Ctrl + V) into the white text box reply screen
5. Add you text, alter it if you like, spell check and/or preview...then hit Post Message
