Well its another start to a new week ..and its a cool morning here in Southwestern Ontario ..it -8 and going to be -1 this afternoon ..so might just get out for a little shopping ..I hope you all will enjoy your day where you live .. and remember to share a smile

Good Morning And Happy Family Day! I am taking it easy today. I been spring house cleaning early. LOL! I was so weak and tired for so long that I was only doing what had to be done so the behind the scenes stuff really suffered.
So far I have all my kitchen cupboards cleaned out and all the appliances shinning and bright again. Pulled out the stove and fridge and got all those nasty grease spatters off my walls. (you know the little yellow spots that appear out of nowhere even though you wiped the surfaces after you deep fryed something).
Next is the dinning room, but today I am taking it easy and just playing with the fur kids and doing laundry.
I have felt so much better since I got the go ahead to do anything I want to and found out my heart has increased in strength by 2%.
I am gearing up to quit smoking on March 1st. I have the patch and the gum. Then I am looking into a membership at the health club next door for the use of the pool.
I am on a roll people!

Good Morning Everyone!
Wow, Shadoe....sounds like you are charging full steam ahead....great!!
Today is bright and beautiful in the old back yard.....but with a threat of SNOW for later in the week.....was hoping we were DONE with that fluffy white stuff....lol!
Off soon for the weekly food shopping day......it is a Holiday today with the post office and the banks closed....but the grocery stores will be in full swing and most likely packed...!!

Good Monday Morning, PJ!! It's a lovely, sunny day here in Chicago as I begin the 3rd week of my visit here. I've never learned to change celcius into farenheit Friend, but it does sound like you're having a lovely day too, if you're going out today. Shadoe, Kudos to you for setting a day to stop smoking! I quit the bad habit almost three months ago and at first depended on both the 21 mg nicotine patch and the gum. Now I can go as long as 4 days without changing the patch and seldom ever even think of lighting up. Here's a tip to avoid those spatters of grease when you're frying things on your stove. Buy a splatter guard which you can cover the top of the pot/pan you're frying in. I have 2 that came in a set which I bought at Walmart and they've really cut down on the greasy splatters on my kitchen walls and stove. lol Hugs, Greta
