scooter died a few min ago. he passed away at 0438 hrs. arizona time, this has been a long night. my apologies for finally getting back online and back into the ferret community to bring such sad news. i cant type nay more right now.

Kyle I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Scooter. I read in your intro where he has been ill and I know how that takes its toll..

One ferret sits in the dark of night,
Gazing upon a magical sight.
All the radiant stars in the sky above,
Alight with the fuzzy gathered love.
"The time has come, he said to them all.
To the Earth, and someone special, to fall."
They fell through the sky, it was a mystical show.
To touch the heart of that certain human they know.
They swept through the verdant hills, and over the golden plains.
Reaching and touching the heart strings of those full of pains.
For a moment so dear, the pain was all gone.
Secret smiles were seen, and then they moved on.
But a bit of the love shining down stayed put.
Right where the heart strings were touched by a familiar foot.
One ferret sits in the soft dark of night.
Smiling and looking upon that luminous magical sight.

Kyle, I know you were expecting this, but Scooter left lots sooner than I thought he would. He is such a gorgeous little guy. I'll be looking for Scooter's brightly shining star twinkling in the sky tonight. God bless, comfort and strengthen you as your sad heart heals. (((((KYLE))))) Hugs, Greta

We're very sorry to hear of Scooter's passing. He was a beautiful little boy and had the very best of homes. He knew he was loved and had a wonderful life with you. Our sympathies on your loss.
