We had not seen you in so long, I was sure that we would loose you. I hoped that you would drop back into the site before MSN made them all go poof!
So what is your status? Are you back in the USA? Are you still in Vet school and working with your vet in you spare time. Do tell all, get us up to day

Hey, Larry! You found us!! It's so good to see you here, buddy. I'm with Heidi. Do tell all. It's been so long since we've heard from you, I just know there are tons of adventures you'll have under your belt. I have only two fuzzies now. Ozzie and Itty. They're quite a team and delightfully light up my life. I'll be looking for a post from you. Hugs, Greta

Hi Larry! Good to see you back on the boards. How is your business? It's been too long, my friend. And just in case you don't recognize me, I'm Isis!

Sorry I haven't been paying attention. Have not been on this board since I joined last week. Thank you all for your welcome. It's been quite a while since I've been anywhere on the internet. I'll just play "catch up" with you for now. I've been in and out of the country again. Went to Spain a couple of more times. Costs are just as prohibitive in Europe as most EU countries are taking the same dive financially as here. Had to take a break from school for the past year as some health issues developed and had to be addressed. Specifically, I had a malignancy in my esophagus removed and went through treatment. Never in my mind did I ever think getting older would present so many other issues. Boy, was I fooled. My sister Brenda past away in August unexpectedly from COPD at age 69 so that leaves me with only my sister Candace as my last living relative. I continue to have the furry devils. I am down to eight now. I've lost several over the past year. I've taken quite a few in from my vet that were abandoned, or in the last few weeks or months of their lives. It's been rather disparaging when I see how some of these little guys have been treated. All my guys are now in their old age. My youngest is four. Other than that, I've been keeping my nose clean, so to speak. I'll attempt to add some pictures of the little ones who have come and gone in the past few months. Take care, as I'll post later in the week.

You've had such an exciting last few years Larry, that it's unbelievable. I'm sorry to hear you've had to leave your studies for a while, but am hoping you'll be back in the swing again very soon. It hit home when you stated that your fur kids are only oldies now and the youngest is four. My Ozzie is my youngest (a rescue) and he's either 3 or 4, I'm not sure. Itty is 5 and she's a ball of fire.
It's good you were able to have treatment for your esophagus condition. My son has esophagus damage and the only place I could find on the internet where they do surgery on this type of thing is at a University in Pennsylvania. Maybe you were treated in Europe, though.
We've missed the heck out of you Friend, during your last absence from us. Please try not to stay away so long next time. I'm just so glad you found us here! I'll be checking back every day and looking for those photos. See ya then. Hugs, Greta

Sure glad you dropped in again, I was afraid that we might have lost you to some other ferret site LOL. Sorry to hear about your battle with the Big CA, but glad they caught it and the treatment went well. Seems we all have been doing some aging in the past 10 years. Hope you will be able to continue your studies. Sorry to hear about your sister, I lost my SIL this year also , only 67. It hits hard when they are only a few years older than ourselves.
We'll look forward to your photos and more tales of your life....or is it tails?? LOL
