Not even a month after losing Loki, came home this am to find Emerson straining to potty. I recently found some chewed bedding. So I thought blockage. Which is fixable. But that's not how my luck runs.....
Ultrasound showed a large tumor on his bladder. Which is probably pushing on his colon. I couldn't bring myself to let him go yet. Brought him home on antibiotics, pain meds, and steroids. Plans to take him back in Monday to reassess. If course if he crashes or is in too much pain, I'll take him in sooner. Please keep us in your prayers. I'm going to spoil him rotten for whatever time we have left.
