Zeus is the only beggar ferret we have ever had. He comes to the kitchen at soup time and rolls over on back and gives you such a cute look. You just have to look a the clock to know it's soup time. When he sees the bowl coming he stands up on his back legs. He is the only one of our ferrets to do this. We have never fed him from the table, but he will come begging when we are eating. He looks cute but people food is a no no. Has anyone else ever had a ferret that does this?

Moe did that and now Pandy. Moe would hang around our feet right at dinner time and Pandy rolls onto her back and licks her cheeks. Of course, they all show up for treats when we open the cage and go sit on the couch.

Both Powder and Scout to this. As soon as we open the bedroom door in the morning, they go running to the kitchen and look up at the corner of the counter where the treats are kept. They will not let you alone until they have had three different bandits

All of mine do lol I have a small plate in the living room that I put their tone on. They will come up to the plate, put their front paws on it, and look over at me while licking their lips. Diva will go as far as to come over to the couch and nudge my foot.

All mine are beggars. Cristal and Mocha want a treat every morning and I better cough it up. Flower runs up to my bed and climbs the stairs and waits for her treat. If Flower doesn't get it she pouts. I guess you could say mine are treat demanders, and use chomping or psychological tricks to get them.

old photo  Treats! Treats! I will stand up and beg for my treats. I will follow you anywhere for another little goody. If anyone is wondering, his treats were the inside of dog's Bonz. He loved them and would come a running when he heard the container rattle. |
