Just an fyi, Dar24 and I are going to try to get there this year. We're only a 5 hour drive away!
It's August 20. And only 5 bucks! Still waiting for a list of ferret-friendly hotels on the website. Hope to meet a few ferrents we've known for years online. We have a big beautiful van to haul 6 ferts and all of their accouterments. They made a 12 hour trip in the cab of a budget moving truck. This will be like heaven, lol

The Buckeye Bash is the biggest ferret show in the USA. It's in Columbus OH this year on Aug 20.

Benefits Heart of Ohio Ferret Rescue. They work with local motels to furnish a list of ferret friendly accommodations, and that's what we're waiting for.

It's closer to 6 hours from here, but a lot less than 14 like it was in FL.
