I discovered yesterday that Mogli either has a cataract in his right eye. It could be an injury, but it's opaque, so he's likely blind in that eye. It hasn't slowed him down.   This is Abita sleeping in a plastic cosmetics bag, in the top drawer of the ferret dresser.  |

Your Mogies looks a lot like our Zoey. Zoey has cataracts in both eyes. Other than getting lost or bumping into things sometimes, she gets around pretty good. She is 7 years old and in good health. Her vet saw her a few weeks ago and said she is looking good for her age.

I didn't know Zoey couldn't see. I love that lil girl. I hate getting old and watching them get old...

I've had a few old timers that had cataracts.
Never see me to slow them down though
