We got our playpens in the mail and set up the front porch so the fuzzies can get some outside time. It was a simple job to zip tie the fence to the railings and I used some wire coat hanger and a couple screws to make hooks to hold the ends in place. A long box from a laundry tree that arrived the same day made a fun tunnel. Here's Prissy Abita And of course, Miss Beetie had to be the first to test my work And Mogli And Rosa And Lola and Yoshi And Pandy

Do you leave them out their unattended? A couple of the big boys that I have had I swear would be able to get over that fence. Stand and grab to the first small rung and over we go. Looks like a great play area, but I sure would be sitting right there with them

We can't have ours outside unless they are under some type of cover. A friend of ours lost her cat to a big bird and if our grandson had not swatted one away it would have taken our ferret out of his hands. We have some large nasty birds out here.

Not for more than a minute, and we have to ensure there is nothing close to the fence to climb. We do have harks around here. I saw a sparrow hawk nail a robin in the back yard, but they're too small to take a ferret. I know there are owls and red-tails around.

Pulled out the kiddie pool and filled it with leaves. Pandy and Abita, joined by Yoshi. On the porch after dark.

might as well just use this as a place to post pics of all of em... As long time members of World Market Explorer, we earned a free gift from Shutterfly, a nylon tote bag. Here is Poppy (Carol), immortalized once again

So this kat that adopted us, just cuz it was starving and we fed it, has started drooling like a soaker hose when we pet her. I had a kat years ago that did it, but I never researched why. Anyone know?

Kat looks like she has seen better days. I'll bet with some love and care she could be a beautiful cat. I have no idea why a cat would drool when you pet her. Anyone out there have a cat that does this? There must be some cat boards out there somewhere.

I had a cat that drooled on my dog. Orfano was a wee little thing, abandoned and my dog Misti sniffed him out and encouraged him to follow her home. Until the day the dog died, that cat nursed on her and her belly was constant full of slobber

She's doing fine. She's put on a little weight and is very loving. She came in the house for a few seconds recently.

has she met the ferrets? Mine love the dishwasher also, you really have to watch them as they are so fast. Don't know what it is about that stale water, ick!

Precious the kat is ok. That wasn't a great pic the first time. She looks like she's giving the evil eye but the sun was in her eyes and she was just squinting.

What the...? I reached for a tissue and found something else that was even fluffier Rosa As for kat and ferrets: I took Mogli out with me when I fed the kat. He went in her house/box and sniffed around and she backed herself into a corner. She wasn't interested. We want to vet her before she can live in the house, but he's not really interested.
