My dad is having health issues, has been for a while, and the winter's been one of the worst, if not the worst, as you're probably aware. I need to go out there in April, not sure the dates yet but it has to be mid to late April. Hoping I don't miss you, do you have your dates? Hugs

Things totally changed for me this year.
My husband and I are going on a river cruise in Europe during the time that I would normally come to AZ and LA.
Because Suzie no longer has ferrets, we had discussed her coming to Florida for the first week in March, but things changes and rightr before the holidays it was evident that she would not be able to make the trip.
BUT...I still had two weeks vacation.
My friend Bill, retired in dec and in Feb put a hold on a condo in Santa Rosa. So he is having to downsize from 2800 sq ft to 1325. He was becoming quite frazzled about everything so I make reservations to spend the two week in LA helping his to get rid of "stuff" I have been cracking my whip and doing my share. His mother used to come every year and had the downstairs bedroom and bath, so I have taken care of everything there and all things are totally empty now. As well as my room and bathroom. We did the linen closet yesterday and made BIG trips to Goodwill, car was packed.
So Lily, you won't miss me, because I wont be coming to AZ this year. A first in many many years.
I guess I should have told you, Hope things are better with your Dad...horri ble weather this year

I hope your dad is feeling better. We'll be in Phoenix March 21-23, if anyone would like to meet up on the 21st for dinner or at the zoo on the 22nd.

Heidi, anytime you are going to be in Arizona please feel free to stay at my house. We have three ferrets now. The baby is Zeus. He will be 4 in June. Zoey is next she will be 6 September 30th. Dusty is the oldest. He will be 7 this Friday. You can get an old ferret fix. These three are still all very playful. They play for shorter periods now. We have an extra room you are more than welcome to. |

Sandy, that is the weekend I'll be with my friend Florence for her annual event she hosts  . Where in Phoenix are you staying though out of curiosity?? Heidi wow, that's sort of blah ... it's been so many years you've been here in the Spring I just assumed. Understandable though, sounds like a great cruise. Hope you enjoy. Thank you Heidi and Sandy about dad - he has to have some testing and it's unfortunately an ongoing issue. Sorry to miss you this year Heidi and Sandy I'm sorry our dates aren't meshing this year either it seems |

Aaahhh yeah you'll be across the valley and it times out to be my friends event that weekend, which I missed last year cause I was in England so I really can't miss this year. Sorry Sandy . I haven't seen you I guess since our ferret get together when Suzie was still in Glendale.... |
