Well two weeks have passed since I posted about my problem. Scout is the first ferret I have had that took more that 2 days to potty train. So we really didn't know what to do. The end table on my husband's side of the bed, is where they would always climb in to sleep. So we thought that maybe when He woke up he just couldn't make it across the room to the papers and of course the road was under the bed...whoops there he would go. So first we had tried putting bedding up by the wall behind the headboard and that stopped him from going in that area, but he was till having accidents under the bed. So we decided to switch end tables and the one with easy access and bedding was on the other side of the room and right next to the newspapers. This still didn't correct things 100% but they were better. So then we decided to wake Scout up every 4 hours. He sleeps like a log so even when you woke him up he still was groggy. So we would sit close by the end table and the newspapers and play with him, periodically putting him back on the newspapers until he would decide to go potty. We did this for about 4 days, except when we slept at night and for the past week there have been no presents under the bed at all. There is an occasional one it the kitchen when he and Powder are playing but thank goodness not the mess under the bed.
So keep your fingers and paws crossed that maybe Scout will learn before he is 2 HA HA

That is the hardest to break, because it's secluded but open enough where they can see around them. Honestly, since Kahlua passed, we haven't had any poops under the bed. Little scamp.
