We found a digital scale at Aldi for $10. 5000g capacity, which is over 11 lb.
Biggest surprises: Jaffa is only4 3/4 lb. He has been over 5 lb in the winter, but apparently he don't get so big after neutering. He's still 3X where X=Alice. She has finally made it past the 1 1/2 lb barrier, and is now 1 lb 8 1/2 ounces.
When we took Carol (Poppy) in for her des implant, the vet office reported her at 1 lb. in late Aug. They must have weighed her on a dog scale, cos we got 1 lb 11oz.
Yoshi and Pandy are within an oz of each other just shy of 3 lb.
Smokie is my new Eddie. 2 1/2 lb, same build, don't like any treats but likes walkies. I gotta get him out more. Heck I'd like to get em all out more.
Al and 'Bita are within an oz of each other.
We used a 3 lb hand weight to check the scale. It was within 1/2 oz, but both the scale and the weight were made in China.
