Hi everyone and yes we are back!
It definitely was a very relaxing week. Love being waited on and served some great meals.
A few of you have been on some cruises but this was the first time we actually booked a suite.
There was a real big discount for being a Florida resident, over 55 (slightly ha ha) and booking it very close to departure.
So once in our life, we decided to go big room time.
Looking out from out balcony we were right at Channelside
Usually the bed is right next to the closet which is next to the bathroom. There are photos in the album that show we had tons of closet space, an actual jacuzzi bathtub, not just a wee little shower, a dressing room, couch, chairs, desk and tons of closets. Usually you barely have room to keep his and hers clothes separate
Every night out cabin attendant would make us a Towel Pet. And then in the morning, they would take them away. We asked if we could keep them as we wanted to take a complete "zoo shot" at the end of the cruise.
Here they are are.
The Ship was quite majestic
And it was odd seeing three of them close to each other in Cozumel.
Though it was raining when we arrived in Cozumel, the sun came out shortly after we arrived and it was the only rain we saw on the entire trip
A few of you caught me on line when we were in Belize
This was the cute internet cafe on the water's edge
On a little island off of Honduras called Roaton, we went to see the parrots and monkeys and a few other things.
Me and my friend
We were told to take care with our possessions as the monkeys liked to steal things.
We watched and laughed as one grabbed someones gatorade and then tried to figure out how to open it, He finally did succeed and drank quite a bit of it.
As we were leaving there was this beautiful tree lined avenue.
We were hoping for some sunsets, but I guess we were either on the wrong site of the ship or in the hottub LOL
This was a close as we got LOL
Well that is all I have to show you. The album is public s398.photobucket.com/user/huronnatags/library/Nov2013Cruise?sort=6&page=1 and I have a few additional photos which you are of course free to use if anything interests you. Photo by is all that is required.
I definitely missed you all, and though we had a lovely time, I am glad to be home.
We pick up Mac tomorrow. That was strange coming home to a ferretless house.
Now I have to go to the gym and loose some of this food weight LOL
See you in a little while.
