They have a free concert here almost every Saturday during the summer. I like to pop a couple ferrets in the stroller and take them with me. It's one of the many places we go. The ferrets love to get out and make new friends. People see me in public, even without the ferrets, and say "Hey, it's the ferret lady" LOL Here are some pics from last Saturday. Diva sez, "Time to get out n play now?" Loki (of course he HAD to shake his head as I took the pic lol) Zoboo (blue harness), Loki (white ferret), Diva (looking at camera) Found a ladder leaning against back of bandshell All that playing makes for thirsty ferrets (L to R-Diva, Zoboo, Loki) Zoboo sez, "Hey, trying to sleep here. Dang paparazzi!" lol All tuckered out

I think walking your ferrets is the best way to make friends. Your guys look so comfortable out in public. They make great ferret ambassadors!

When we lived in Puerto Rico, we were only 1 block from the local outside coffee shoppe. We would walk the ferrets down there (well walk and carry) and the site on the cement benches outside and watch the people go by. I can't tell you how many friends we made through the ferrets. We always had to carry them home because they would be tired from all the visiting with people and liked out shoulders.
I love hearing about your adventures. When I first moved here to Florida, I took Rocki and Silveretta out on their leashes to walk the neighborhood. On that very first day one of my neighbors told me it was not safe to let them walk on the lawns because people used insecticides. So since then the only outside walking they do is in my lanai.
Fun photos also!

I have had a lot of people take pictures of and with my ferrets when we go out. Even a family from Japan took pics of their kids with the ferrets! I got international superstars LOL The best thing I ever did was get the stroller. No more carrying ferrets. Plus it gives them a place to chill out when they get tired of the adoring public.
Loki made a friend last Saturday. A couple little boys came up to see the ferrets, and one was sitting on the ground. Loki crawled right up into his lap and curled up. It was so cute!

Aww that's terrific Stacey and I love the photos. I can relate too. Because Cosima is such a unique breed, I've met more people I could ever have imagined by walking her. Everyone wants to ask questions about her cords and breed and she's so sweet and friendly they fall in love. We have a regular dog walking club in my neighborhood now and Cosi is the star lol. Your ferrets must love being the stars of the park and all the attention too Thanks for sharing.
