it started just a little pink growth above his eye, then within just a couple days it pretty much tripled in size and kinda split. I took him to the vet and they did a needle aspiration and looked at it under the scope, said it looked to be non threatening, gave me some antibiotics (that he hated~!) an he followed up 10 days later. The growth did get smaller when he was on the antibiotics but as soon as he stopped it started growing again and he rubs it raw a lot. He's having it removed tomorrow. My vet is being very good to me knowing I'm laid off and collecting unemployment right now. Say a prayer for him I can go get him anytime after 4pm sorry the pics so big, I tried to resize it but it didn't work  |

Poor little Dante! You're a good fuzzy mom for taking such good care of him. Once the growth is removed I'm sure he'll heal quickly and completely. I'll keep you both in my prayers. Hugs, Greta

Poor little Dante. My Beloved Cody had exactly the same thing. The vet I had at this time, gave to him a topical cream for to put on the bobo. Sometimes by itself the bobo started to bleed ... And healed, and came back... The vet said there were nothing to do (the vet opinion) Also one day I have meet somebody at one frolic, and when he saw Cody he said that he had a ferret with the same problem at the same place. Strange thing ! I hope your vet will find a good remedy for help your little one to feel better after the surgery. It must to be uncomfortable to have this big bug above the eye  Dante and you are in my thoughts and prayers Big cuddle and hug to Dante  |
