I am so sorry I haven't been posting. I have been slipping in to read posts but haven't had the time to post anything or reply for a few days. We have just changed cell phone carriers on both of our phones, changed the house phone to digital on cable and upgraded our Cable TV and INTERNET so I have been busy setting all of them up. Phew its mind numbing with all the gizmo's and stuff and Trashman is technology illiterate so I have to figure each new thing out plus care for the animals , house and all. My cell has no feature for connecting to my comp so I Have to pay to download pics of my fur kids on it so I went out and bought a digital key chain instead that holds 60 pics. I really love it and wont use it as a key chain but will carry it in my purse to brag. LOL! So now that almost everything is set up I have more time again. Well, except for Thursday when the new digital box comes for the TV. Yuck. I hate doing this stuff.LOL! Everyone is fine and dandy. Fred misses Wilma since I put her in her own cage but hes getting used to being alone gradually and I give him extra attention. Wilma on the other hand is flourishing on her own. She gets to come out with the other fuzzies and gives the boys what for. Its so funny cause shes so tiny but such a little whip! Thats all for now. Shadoe

My Goodness, Shadoe! A lot has been going on at your house these past few days! Now that nearly everything is set up and ready to go, I'm sure you'll enjoy all your new paraphernalia. Lucky You!! lol
It's good Wilma is having such a good time now and Fred will come around soon with all the extra attention he's getting from mommy. Thank you for bringing us up to date and letting us know all is well at your house.
I spent 3 weeks in Chicago with one of my daughters last month and another Chicago daughter bought me a new 'puter with WindowsVista while I was there. So ... I know what you mean about getting used to new technology. And I'm not too tech literate either. All is going well here and my fur balls are romping and dancing around the house getting their daily playtime.
I had a phone call yesterday from a woman who said she was setting up appointmentss to help people in the county who are 50 y/o and older to reap more benefits. My daughter was suspicious of this and called the county (from her Chicago phone). Marcia put us on a conference call and we discussed this with the county agent. The CA brought the county sheriff's rep on the line and I learned this is a not so up and up practice of an insurance company from a town 60 miles from here. I was advised to put a sign on my door stating I am not interested in the 3:00 o'clock appointment and to please leave. If he doesn't leave I am to go to the locked door with the phone in my hand and tell him I am calling the polie. Wow! Thank God for giving us children to look out for us! Have fun with your new toys, gf! Hugs, Greta

Busy busy....setting up new computer and electronics can be nerve wracking.
Greta, don't feel like you're the only one. I got a call from Florida Power about an audit to help us try and save electric. I thought iw as the electric company, so we too set up an appointment. Turned out it was a company selling solar water heaters....lots of misrepresentation out there
