[glow=red,2,300]Man I woke up around 12:30 couldn't get back to sleep. I went in got a bowl of Speacle K went in to watch TV. I turn it on and flipping channels and there I saw a sable ferret talking? What than they showed dogs. cat and other anemias. It was a commercial on Bounce fabric sheets. Than at the end the lady stroked the her ferret. He was just sit ten there so pretty. Wanted to shier with you all. Love and God bless Sheila[/glow]

I caught that commercial this morning on Fox News. Yes, the ferret is one of the three featured pets when they are advertising a Bounce softener sheet that helps repell pet hair. The ferret is a cutie!  |

Yes! I saw that! There are actually two Bounce comercials with ferrets and then theres one for doritios. Ferrets are gaining in popularity quicky in movies and commercials! Its great but it makes me wonder if they get too popular how many will get them without realizing the care they need and they will become throw away pets to be abandoned or worse.
I jsut hope we can get the word out on thier care and requirements.
I have been bugging the pet store to give people more information when they sell them.
I may even write up an information sheet of important facts that they can hand out.

I saw a bounce one, too. First a dog, then a cat, then surprise....a ferret. I was more surprised to see that the ferret got the most face time or so it seemed to me. Darn cute job of photographing it.

I love that commercial. Some day Charcoal will have a better understanding of each other and learn that we can trust each other. It would be great to let him out for more than a couple of hours every day.
I totally understand about the fact/care sheet for the Pet Store. There are caring informed store owners, however they are in business to sell the animals. To stay in business they have to move the merchandise, however they can. If you lose an animal, you might just have to come in a purchase another one, Sad, I know

I just saw the Bounce commercial for the first time yesterday! The thing that got me tho was the height of the barricade for the ferret. Like that would keep a ferret out of a room......LOL
