I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Independence Day. I'm working Tuesday, but we've had a full weekend. We have these to keep us entertained.

As you can see, if you scan thru some recent posts, photobucket has decided to go the extortion route and hold billions of photos shared on social media hostage unless long time users (9 years for me) pony up /year for the privilege. I'll attach a siggy soon, but I doubt many photobucket users will jump at the chance to pay 400 bucks for what has been a free service for a couple decades. Is anyone else being held hostage?

A couple days ago I took on the task of a semi annual cat brushing. Preious is an putdoor kat that adopted us, cuz she was starving. Well, I aint never seen a kat so fur bound, and that includes last spring when I cut out all the mats.

And she aint done yet. My shirt was so coated with fur it still had some on it when it came out of the wash. She was wiped out purring and drooling, lol.

Wow it looks like you are going to have a great 4th. How many hours did it take to brush that very long haired cat? By the picture it looks like you wore it out

Wow that sure is a lot of fur.
About Photobucket, one thing people don't realize is with that increase in price there is also about a 20 times increase in storage space.
Right now I have over 58,000images in my account' it is one of the paid original ones. All the screenshots for my graphic site and all the permanent pages here Are hosted. I can't bring myself to close the sites and there are jus too many images to move. So I will bite the bullet, but three of my best friends and comanagers will use my site for all their uploads also. To do this, there has to be full trust and these ladies. Have known for over the years, they have stayed at my house and me at theirs.

Many of my members have found over posting sites as there are some free ones still out there that allow third party hosting

Wel actually the brushing was 2 sessions over 2 days. The 3rd one I only got 1 full brush. she looks like a different kitty. Or like a single kitty and not 2 with the same coat
