I have been playing around on this new site trying to get my bearings. I created a signiture tag with my own pictures and a frame from my "digital image pro" software. I also read the tutorial about signiture tags. I understand about the "c" for copyrighting other peoples art. My question is, do I need this for my own work and if so, how do I do this? I was able to add my signiture to my profile, I hope this works!

Hi ;D It is not an obligation to copyrighting your own images, photographies and graphics, if all belong to you. But I suggest to you to put your name, or nickname on it. It is yours and it is frustrating to see sometimes others to steal your work and clams it is theirs. Your digital image pro software don't give to you the option to write Text on your image ?

The area I wrote about ©material is basically people who want to use images of different artists. If your signature or you avatar are photos of you or your ferrets, that is not a problem. But as Yukka says, best to have something personal on things so that others from who knows where don't snitch them.
Also any time I can be of assistance in any graphic stuff, just PM me and I'll help the members out where I can

Thanks! Yukabelle and Huronna. Yes, I should be able to write text on my picture. I will try to get on again later to work on it. I have a very hectic day ahead of me.
Have a great day everyone!!!
